Actually Biden got it completely wrong!!!!!!!! The Vice President is the President of the Senate and can address the Senate at will. It is true when it comes to voting only in a tie breaker.

It is well documented the Joe Biden spoke of items that were not true 13 times during the debate. And winced during a few so he knew it was party line rhetoric. Where Sarah Palin sited a perspective of actual facts. Obama did in fact vote 94 times to raise taxes and voted to raise taxes on families making $40,000 a year. Really does not matter if votes were not binding, it is the intent. To say otherwise is smoke and mirrors.

It is clear Democrats have been well indoctrinated and not educated. It is a Pity.

btw all polls reflect a pole of 40%Democrats 30%Republican and 30% Democrats. So Obama Biden are barely holding there own. Search for Weighted Polls at Rasmusen to read up on it.
